Jack is the visionary who started PinPoint Research in 1986. Drawing from his expertise in marketing research with an emphasis on consumer research and product development, Jack launched PinPoint Research and oversaw development of the company’s proprietary IVR and Internet survey software. He also has been instrumental in guiding the growth of the company and PinPoint’s survey technology, including PinPoint’s voice driven research strategy. Jack’s commitment to excellence and customer service has helped make PinPoint a strategic partner to many of today’s leading CX research firms. Jack also has extensive experience from the client side, having worked as the Vice President of Marketing Services with Del Monte in San Francisco, as well as Director Research at RJR Foods and Group Research Manager at Proctor & Gamble. Jack holds a PhD in marketing, communications research, and statistics from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
